My name is Carlos Monsalve. i was born the 23 of march in 1993 in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. At elementary and high school, i studied at Santa Librada School in Cali. Actually I study psychology at Universidad de Chile. I have been four years living in Chile and in this program. 

In Chile, I live alone with my doggy, Cora. My family stays in Colombia and I see them one time a year, usually in the summer vacations. I really like animals, plants and cooking.

I have many hobbies; my favorite is biking. I also love plants, I like the growing process, I thing is very gratifying experience. I practice mix martial arts.  My favorite food is the one that I cook, especially the vegan food.

    Hello Carlos :) What Chilean food do you like best? My favorite Chilean food is the "Humita", and I like to eat it with tomato salad, ñam ñam.

This recipe not have a name, it’s only a good experiment and a creative moment. This photo is one of my favorites picks. In this photo appears my two best friends, Javierai on the right  and   Gabriela on the left. This photo was taken by Javiera when we were had a lunch and I consider it is a good example of the everyday things we do together.  I really like this pick because after taken the photo we went to celebrate my birthday in Javi´s house and the next day we went to the beach. it was a Friday and was a good weekend, we had a great time.    Actually, we see less because our university schedules do not match very much. However, we try to see each other at least two times a week. I remember that Javi  was very sick, nevertheless she went to see me and celebrate with me and gabi. I love my friends and i miss sharing moments, songs and  time together.
